John K. Harris

John K. Harris is the founding member of the Law Offices of Harris & Literski. He has been practicing law in Livingston County for over 45 years and enjoys the practice of law as much today as when first sworn in in 1978. As a general practitioner in a relatively small but growing community, John provides excellent service to clients on a wide range of legal issues. His primary focus is on wills, estate planning, trusts and probate litigation, with a special emphasis on family law, business transactions, and civil litigation.

Family

Family matters. John is married and has been blessed with a large family of children and grandchildren. That ongoing experience has made him sympathetic and understanding of the importance of family to help restore balance when legal issues arise.

John is an avid sports fan who now spends his leisure time biking, golfing and attending grandchildren extra-curricular activities, with great pleasure.
